Job Objectives:
To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
To ensure participation and contribution during strategy sessions.
To work closely with the team lead and respond to new business opportunities and collaborate with the team lead to implement the agreed-upon digital strategy and tactics.
Ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
Produce content calendars according to deadlines and to the highest standard.
Excellent Copywriting skills for social media.
Responsible for proactively suggesting and implementing creative out-of-the-box digital strategies to improve the quality of client campaigns.
Responsible for leading the community management activities for all clients.
Complete execution of all approved strategies.
Ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Ensure proper QA is done before the content is shared for review.
Implement strategies in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Ensure 100 % time management.
Ensure 100% task management.
Produce monthly reports and campaign reports at the end of each social media campaign that outlines the successes and failures of the campaigns.
Responsible for documenting and filing project details.
Key Accountabilities:
Keeping the team up-to-speed with the latest social media trends.
Research and suggest new social media account management tools to build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
